Tires Plus

I was disappointed with 25 years loyal to NTB. They lost me to TiresPlus. Why? Because Edwin here in Merrifield was thorough, professional and provided me an excellent product. You have a new customer for life

I was visiting VA from SC (approx 8 hours away) and had very limited time - I was only in town for the weekend for an event. My caliper seized and my 4Runner was not driveable all the way home. I was very nervous I’d be stuck in VA. The team here was kind and gave me very fair pricing. I was in and out the door in a few hours with my car completely fixed.

David at the front counter was above and beyond helpful. Offered discounts and additional service with a great attitude. Helped out when I was in a trouble with my flat. I appreciate the outstanding customer service.

Customers, beware! Stay away from this service. I had an appointment for a wheel alignment at 10:00 AM, but when I arrived, they apparently had no record of it. I was with my son, so we went for a walk in the Mosaic District. When we returned around 11:00 AM, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I didn’t get my car back until 12:00 PM—and after driving just a few miles, I discovered that when the steering wheel is centered, the car pulls to the left. The waiting area was filthy: the floors were dirty, there was a grimy rag near the safe, some chairs were torn, and outside in the parking lot, trash was scattered everywhere—including an old car battery. They also tried to overcharge me. When I booked the appointment, I was quoted $109–$129 for an alignment. The employee who checked in my car said it would be $120 for an annual alignment and $220 for a lifetime alignment. Ultimately, they tried to charge me $154. I tried to have their work corrected at another shop, and I was told that the alignment shouldn’t have been performed at all because the front tie rod needed to be replaced. I was also told that they had reassembled the suspension incorrectly after the alignment. P.S.

Made appointment to rotate tires, gave them my truck year, make, and model, and they said ok and scheduled. Had to take my plow off then they said they couldn't fit my truck on lift but as I left they pulled in a 3500 ram which is larger and heavier. If you dont want to do it dont schedule and waste my time, especially when prepping for a major snow storm
